A Word In Private

This is not based on anything in reality. This is kinda a subconscious picture. It is simply based on my own opinion of myself... How I feel I am messing things up... Lashing out and then experiencing the consequences.
I'm not helping myself. For a long time I thought of myself as my own worst enemy. And for a long time that was fine... I only had shadows and toys to fight with... but it is different when real people are involved. When said people once encouraged and respected me.
I don't know what anyone thinks or expects from me anymore.

I guess reading too many superhero comic books has warped my definition of helping people. There is no big bad super-villain in the lives of us little people. Not everyone needs to be protected either.

Reflections from a Diamond

This is the picture that appears at the end of Miss Isabel's blog Voyage A La Mer... A Diamond Shaped Journey. I was asked to simply read the blog and create a picture inspired by what I read. So, this is what came to mind.

The idea is based on light passing through a diamond and the light being broken into fragments and scattered around the room. The guys tell their story about their journey to Japan, their story a collage of experiences... Not yet edited into a perfect picture or movie... Not yet polished (like a diamond).

Super Chuck

Today was Chuck's birthday.
It was difficult drawing him this year... he use to have a big bushy beard and a slightly longer hair.
Chuck is the new recruit on the YFE MySpace UK & Ireland Street Team... He is not a new kid in the camp, he is just new on the community page itself.
